Patricia Auchter

I have 30 years of background serving the people of this community. My success has been built upon referrals and repeat sales from satisfied clients. I work diligently to meet your needs and use my experience to guide you through the complicated process of value, pricing, mortgages, buying, selling and investing. My role is to aid you in making sound, informed decisions to accomplish your goals.

A home is often the single largest investment of someone’s lifetime. I find much joy in being a buyer’s or seller’s guide and comfort zone. I have continuing friendships with many of my clients and am pleased that I have earned their trust and am now helping their children and grandchildren to achieve their dreams of home ownership.

I treat each client as though they are my only client. I treat each of them as I would want to be treated and advise them as honestly as I would advise a member of my immediate family. I believe my 30 years experience as a full time real estate agent are a great benefit to my clients.

Whether you are starting out, moving up or downsizing, I am here to help.

I work in Berks and surrounding counties, especially Chester and Montgomery counties. My background also includes the knowledge and skills demanded for the successful relocation of corporate clients. I am also the “Realtor of Choice” for several loyal investors who depend on my advice to grow their real estate portfolios and to profit from their “fix and flips”.
After 33 years as director of a 45 member contemporary choir of varied instruments and voices, I find I still enjoy being called upon to direct or play for special occasions. I currently teach guitar to a few students and also enjoy painting, needlework and dinner and dominoes with friends.

I am mother to 3 wonderful married daughters and 6 equally wonderful grandchildren. Keeping up with their activities keeps me very happy as I watch them lead joyful, rewarding lives.
